Information you submit
Our demo form collects your first name, last name, work email, and company. A phone number is optional. When supplied, phone numbers are normalized to international E.164 format.
The referring page URL, including its query string, and the form’s campaign or acquisition source accompany the submission. Please avoid placing sensitive personal information in URL query strings.
How the demo request is used
Your submission is sent to Equiviq so our team can respond to your demo request. Submitting a form opts you in to contact from our team. Organization matching is limited to the Equiviq tenant associated with the website’s integration credentials.
When a business email domain matches an organization in that tenant, the person can be associated with that organization. A new business organization may be created when there is no match. If a free email domain is allowed by the form’s settings, the person is created without assigning an organization from that domain.
Opt out of contact
You can ask us to stop contacting you by replying to a message from the Equiviq team. Tell us the email address you want removed from contact and that you wish to opt out.
Optional website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and website interactions when you allow optional analytics. These services are not loaded until you accept analytics. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer.
Cloudflare delivers the website and provides its hosting infrastructure. Essential requests needed to display pages and submit forms continue to work when you reject optional analytics.
